Data Collected
We store your email address, registration consent and policy versions, language preference, and submission timestamps. The current form does not request a use-case description or offer marketing subscriptions.
Purpose of Processing
We use this data to record and manage your registration. Registration does not create a profile or activate forecast email alerts. The current registration service does not send marketing emails.
Data Retention
Registration records remain stored until removed. Automatic expiry is not currently implemented. You can request deletion by contacting hello@nesobero.com.
Your Rights
You may request access to, a copy of, deletion of your personal data, or withdrawal from optional marketing at any time by contacting hello@nesobero.com.
Hosting and Storage
Cloudflare Workers hosts this service, Cloudflare D1 stores registration records, and Cloudflare Turnstile helps prevent abuse. These services may process data internationally; this service does not promise storage exclusively in your country.
Abuse Protection
The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile for abuse prevention. The signup application does not store or log IP addresses. Cloudflare processes technical information to provide hosting and abuse protection.
