Who operates this website
NESOBERO is developed by Flatside LLC, which is responsible for the registration information collected through this website.
Information we collect
When you register, we store your email address, any optional message you provide, your language, and the date and time of registration. We also keep your consent record and the versions of the notices you agreed to.
How we use it
We use this information to record and manage interest in NESOBERO. Registration does not create an app account or profile, send a confirmation email, or subscribe you to marketing messages or forecast alerts.
Hosting, storage and verification
The website runs on Cloudflare Workers. Registration records are stored in Cloudflare D1, and Cloudflare Turnstile checks submissions to prevent abuse. Cloudflare processes technical information to provide these services. The verification token is not stored with your registration. These services may process data internationally.
How long we keep it
Registration records are kept until they are removed. Automatic expiry is not currently implemented. You can request access to or deletion of your information by contacting us.
